1. General Return Policy
Products cannot be returned after downloading.
Once designs (PSD, AI files, images, templates) are purchased or downloaded, they are often non-returnable or non-refundable.
Exceptions:
If the product is defective (incomplete file or with technical errors).
If the product is completely different from the description or images shown.
2. Refund Terms:
Refunds can be made in the following cases:
- The customer is unable to download the files due to technical issues from the site.
- Refunds are not allowed in the following cases:
- If the product has been successfully downloaded and used.
- If the customer decides that he/she no longer needs the product after purchase.
3. Refund Request Process:

- A clear request explaining the problem must be sent via email or the site support form.
- Attach evidence: pictures of product defects or error details, proof of payment.

The request is reviewed within 5-10 business days depending on the site.

- You can cancel the subscription at any time.
- No refund after use.
- If you benefit from the site's resources during the period, the money will not be refunded, even if you do not use the site, the subscription value will be deducted at the beginning of a new month.

- Make sure the product meets your needs.
